My step mom is 94 years of age, has resided at River Falls for over 4 years and has loved it there. I oversee her care and live out of state which is a challenge. But all of the staff have been wonderful to her. The health/nurse team is experienced and terrific … they take care of her specific health needs and maintain good communication with me when changes occur. She has made new friends even though she tends to keep to herself. She enjoys the variety and quality of food. All areas of the facility are kept neat and clean. They also organize regular activities including many special events during the holidays. I would highly recommend River Falls for someone looking for care of a loved one.
I want to leave my message of appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Russel Papia and Lisa Papoula to my mother and family. My mummy was delighted with everything, the warmth way she was received it by the staff members, the environment, the food, the lovely and respectful way my grandma is treated there, every aspect was FIVE STARS, and she is very happy to have my grandma there. My mother described the experience as being in a ‘piece of heaven’ – it was memorable.
